There was lots of options for breakfast, including coffee, breads, and fruit, I appreciated it. Everybody was very attentive and flexible.
The staff - some of them were a bit rude.

We would stay here again, thoroughly enjoyed it. This place is nicely decorated and stylish and the staff are especially helpful. The location is absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, 3 km from Iglesia San Jeronimo. 14 minutes drive to the airport, it is located right in the centre.

I recently visited this place and had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect: tucked away on a quiet street but just around the corner from the lively Parque de Los Novios with many restaurants. The service is top notch: I received a welcome drink upon arrival and the staff was extremely helpful with tours/ticket assistance and 24-hour reception. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi are also not to be missed. The soundproofed rooms are spacious with great amenities including air conditioning and a terrace with garden furniture.
Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfort, great service and a relaxing experience.

Lovely pool, brand-new and reasonably large rooms with an awesome bed. Comfortable decoration. Location close enough to the AC restaurant, the main cathedral and the centre. Also, easy to get to Pueblito👍👌

Exceptional customer service, from reception to cleaning staff. Attention to detail is superb. Modern hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and a great rooftop pool. Prime, Netflix, and other streaming services available on TV. Will definitely return if in the area.

Our romantic escape was wonderful! the room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of choices. We loved the key location of the hotel, which enabled us to explore the city easily, including restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and the nearest beach.

The complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch, and the pool area was really relaxing with a great view of the city. The location was also perfect for exploring the area, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
The room was not very clean and had a weird smell. The air conditioning also wasn't working properly, making it hard to sleep comfortably.
